A person who will excel in this position is someone who has strong customer service skills, basic knowledge of computers, very good organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task, basic knowledge of excel, PowerPoint, and word documents, strong communication skills, and is punctual.
1 year of office experience is preferred but not required.
In this position you can expect to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, communicate with the techs in the field, keep office clean, order supplies, update lists, fill out reports, file and keep paperwork organized and have fun at work!
Pay starts at $20.00 per hour, with a potential up to a $1 pay raise after 30 days!
Shift is Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.
