Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of our cooperative housing community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with specific experience working with cooperative housing associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cooperative housing community
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of the property
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents and board members
- Prepare and manage budgets for the property
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Address resident concerns and issues in a timely manner
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, specifically with cooperative housing
- Knowledge of cooperative housing laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to building sites as needed
