- Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm (Need to be on call for emergencies)

Job Summary: The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day facility operational support of all company US locations with an emphasis in proactive planning and follow through. The Facilities Administrator must focus on continuous improvement of office processes and procedures and be able to plan, schedule and complete special projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)
- Coordinates with Pittston Security Teams and Horsham Receptionist on day-to-day facility matters, i.e., mail, notifications, reservation requests, packages and security.
- Responsible for 24/7 support of Emergency phone calls, (fire, water leak, etc).
- Interface with the Security Team on facilities in other locations.
- Field questions from Team members/Associates
- Sign in and issue visitor, Contractor, Temp and vendor badges to anyone with a proper reason to be in the facilities.
- Notify Facilities personnel for any building issues….Submit ITRS & sent email
- Handle incoming requests from the tracking system, within specified service level agreement.
- Maintain and assist in establishing company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain OSHA specifications within the facilities.
- Maintains backup power equipment service contracts and maintenance repairs, globally.
- Maintains server room environmental equipment and controls, globally.
- Maintains files for weekly Change Management/Incident Reports.
- Interface with landlords for repairs and renovations.
- Serve as the principal interface with facility contractors and vendors and where required.
- Plan and execute office moves and reconfigurations.
- Coordinate with local municipalities on inspections and obtaining permits.
- Manage the acquisition of office supplies and furniture.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of leased office equipment including copiers, fax machines, postal machines, etc.
- Outputs change management and incident reports for weekly meetings.
- Provide weekly reports on progress to management.
- Commute to other US facilities in Horsham, Kings Mountain & El Paso PA as needed.
Job Requirements:
Good organizational skills, high level of accuracy, attention to detail, good judgment, ability to multi-task, no fear of hands on work, prioritize projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to scope a project, provide vendor quotes within budget, and manage the project to completion. Must own a car to commute to other C3i US Facilities.
Skills:
- Project Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA regulations.
- Proven Leadership Skills in Change Management and Team Building.
- Ability to read facility drawings, plans and diagrams.
- CAD, Computer Assisted Design a nice plus.
- Able to perform minor repairs, change out defective lighting, etc.
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED
- An Operations or Facilities Management degree or three to five years combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- Three to 5 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Background in Technology, Pharmaceutical, or Customer Service a plus, but not required.
Working Relationships:
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization from executive to help desk technicians.
Competencies:
- Ability to guide and direct others in day-to-day office routines as well as taking charge in emergency and/or situations of unforeseen events.
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs
- Able to follow directions in furniture assembly
