As our Front Desk Medical Office Coordinator and Patient Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of the team - responsible for providing administrative and patient service support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office and a first-class patient experience. This is a dynamic role which supports our doctors, medical team, marketing team, billing department and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
*Major Plus if also experience as a Medical Assistant.
* Experience in Customer Service/Front Desk/Reception and or Medical Clinics also valuable.
Responsibilities
- Nurture Patient Relationships, demonstrating top-tier professionalism and a deep knowledge of Men's T Clinic's product and service offerings
- Schedule, Organize and Optimize in-bound prospective patient leads and existing patient appointments and communication
- Check patients in/out with precision, professionalism and enthusiasm
- Insurance verification and collection of payments
- Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records
- Produce and/or distribute internal memos, letters, faxes, emails, forms, and other office, team and patient-related correspondence and communication tools
- Work directly with our Medical, Marketing, Billing and other key departments for continuity of care, and messaging
Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or account management role
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and create process
- Highly motivated
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Strong telephone skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software (preferred)
