Barriere Construction, Inc. is seeking a full-time receptionist/secretary to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate department
- Scan and email documents to appropriate departments
- Scan and email invoices to appropriate departments
- Scan and email bills to appropriate departments
- Scan and mail packages to customers
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed
- Update the database with new clients, new invoices, new scans, etc.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize all items into designated areas.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
- Must have experience in a construction office background
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm with paid 30 minute lunch
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. (We are an “Equal Opportunity” employer)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
