As a preface to this ad, marketing is not our strong suit. This is why we need YOU to help form a marketing department with a strong foundation, based on our underlying core values, using strategic creativity, to help lead us into a successful future.
While there is room to develop within other departments, our first goal is to focus on the growth of our personal injury department.
We believe successful claim resolution means more than simply settling a claim, and maintains the focus on ensuring our clients’ physical, emotional, and financial health, as impacted by a personal injury incident. We believe the best way to achieve our goal is by taking a new approach to legal culture which has a tendency to be antiquated. We understand each individual on our team plays an essential role to the success of the firm, and accordingly have focused our business model on empowering our employees with the ability to fully participate, give feedback, and use creativity when problem solving. We know that true innovation and growth does not simply come from the top down but comes through working together at all levels of the firm to reach better solutions to the problems we face.
Our goal is to attain a Leader who is highly skilled in the marketing/sales arena, comfortable with managing and developing all areas of our marketing needs (some which we probably don’t realize we need).
We’ll be looking for someone who is a strong writer, highly organized, tenacious, innovative, can critically think through complex situations, and is hungry to seize an opportunity to be a crucial part of development as we grow into the next phase of our business. We have a unique niche market in the Latino community which we want to honor and improve, but also expand and become more visible to other demographics.
Responsibilities:
You will create and manage the marketing department which isn’t fully built out yet. We envision this to include:
● Attending events, expanding relations, and finding sponsorship opportunities
● Public communications including public events and partner relations (eg: with medical providers)
● Assist in managing partnerships with our current case management software (including training and other IT needs)
● Update websites, social media platforms, write blogs or other articles
● Design new sites or other marketing items as needed
● Implement CRM database to track/improve/record client relations
● Overall brand management
● Various other tasks you might so keenly determine in your SWOT analysis
Requirements:
● Must be available for full-time hours (9am to 5pm).
● Must be adaptable and innovative (since you’re creating a whole department here)
● Proven track record of solid marketing experience
● Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
● Working knowledge in platforms such as Adobe Pro and Word
● Design skills utilizing any given platform (Illustrator, InDesign, Canvas, etc.)
● SEO and SEM experience, including Google Analytics
● CRM experience
● Web Development
● Effective and proactive with Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
● Ideal (but not required) if you have worked with a personal injury law firm
● Ideal (but not required) that you are fluent in both
