Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Preparing a monthly financial report and submission to the Manufacturer
- Preparing payroll and associated Federal and State governmental reports
- Reconciling Band Deposits
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management
- Proficiency in office management software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Accounting and Business Management Education
