Job Summary:
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and overseeing relationships with both new and established Association Account clients, while also spearheading growth initiatives and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, blending aspects of relationship cultivation, business expansion, and strategic planning.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and managing relationships with both new and existing Association Account clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving growth opportunities.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our company offerings to identify profitable business ventures and convert potential customers into valuable opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to present market research findings and suggest strategies for expanding our reach.
- Thoroughly preparing documentation for requests for proposals (RFPs) and guiding the process to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Staying abreast of emerging trends in the insurance industry and recommending new offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to foster business growth and enhance market presence.
- Providing insightful presentations on business and marketing opportunities to company executives and management, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven success in servicing accounts within the Group Insurance and/or managed care industry, demonstrating your ability to drive results and foster growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to analyze data effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to navigate complex business landscapes.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, empowering you to lead teams and drive initiatives to success.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, essential for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- A keen business acumen, allowing you to identify opportunities and make informed strategic decisions.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications and presentations.
Required Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, equipping you with the insights needed to navigate and excel in this dynamic field.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
