What you'll be doing:
-
Perform thorough peer review of any content developed by the Content Development team to ensure adherence to quality standards as defined by department leadership.

Create and maintain internal job aides, training materials, and controlled documents (SWIs and SOPs) with respect to Content Development process.

Oversee metrics and trends related to quality performance KPIs and communicate any change in trend to department leadership for continuous improvement.

Prepare client facing reports related to the quality of training content or effectiveness of training.

Provide support and training for new team members.

Educate other functional areas on content development process.

Evaluate content development process for continuous improvement and/or efficiency improvement.

Participate in cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives.
What we look for:

Associate degree in a related field.
-
1-3 years of experience in adult education, content development, or a quality related field.

Expert Excel skills for both data analysis and reporting required.

Experience with rapid eLearning development software such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate360.

Ability to communicate in a clear, professional manner.

Strong attention to detail

Strong technical aptitude including the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
