Job Summary
We are a small family owned dental equipment company. We sell New, used and refurbished dental equipment all over the world. We market our products through our website and Ebay. We are looking for some help in our office. Full Time position. Hours 8-5 M-F
Job duties will include: answering phone calls, responding to customer emails, supporting management with general office duties, preparing invoices, managing shipping process and paperwork worldwide LTL / UPS / shipping to Canada, processing client payments, filing, managing company website, Ebay and social media. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications: Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and Gmail email, Polite and friendly phone attitude, knowledge of computers and software, knowledge of Dental terminology / equipment a plus but not required, positive and friendly demeanor with a high regard for customer service, strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects, ability to take direction from many different people and also work independently without direct supervision. dependability, punctuality and reliable transportation are a must. Must be able to lift 75lbs.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
