You will…
- Serve as a Continuous Improvement Associate Manager, Food Safety across multiple production facilities, including internal and external fulfillment sites
- Support and maintain a project list of viable opportunities to improve processes and procedures with respect to Food Safety
- Provide additional support to ongoing SQF site-level initiatives
- Support Food Safety based projects to facilitate brand growth
- Support the standardization of Food Safety processes and procedures across the network
- Use structured problem-solving and sound process design skills to improve operations as they relate to product safety
- Use effective project management and communication techniques to ensure successful change management
- Drive KPI improvements through a structured approach such as The Pareto Principle, DMAIC, and other Lean/Six Sigma techniques
- This requires up to 30% - 60% travel to be a consistent presence in the required DC.

At a minimum, you have…
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science or related field
- Lean/Six Sigma certification, preferred
- SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, or other data management/visualization software experience, preferred
- Logistics, packaging, or shipping operations experience, preferred
