PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
Creating outstanding customer experiences for new construction and renovation projects; collaborating directly with homeowners and contractors to understand their needs, propose solutions, recommend products, negotiate prices, order materials, and hand over to Operations while staying engaged with the customer experience until the projects completion.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
● Conduct in-home visits and schedule appointments with homeowners to discuss door and window replacement options.
● Provide in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs and present product features, benefits, and pricing.
● Demonstrate product samples and provide detailed explanations of the installation process.
● Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
● Identify clear expectations for Operations and Customers of work that will and won’t be performed.
● Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert them into sales.
● Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
● Generate leads; cold-calling, completing online request forms, meeting with builders and designers, etc.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
● Directly Reports to Sales Manager
● Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
● Work closely with vendors and suppliers to order and price products and materials.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to work standing for long periods of time; ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bending, squatting.
● Drive for an extended period of time with frequent exiting/entering vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
● Valid drivers license with clean driving record
● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
● Ability to read a tape measure and understand/perform basic construction tasks
