Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a solid commitment to nurturing the growth and development of young children.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with preschool or toddler-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Ability to plan and implement educational activities that support children's individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is desired but optional.
