Summary: This position is responsible for administering the training program and supporting the Human Resources Department.
Essential Functions of the Job: The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
- Lead the development, execution, and management of high-quality training programs in various mediums: face-to-face, virtual, and digital learning.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, implement, evaluate, and modify training courses to be in alignment with organizational needs.
- Utilize and maintain learning management system to track trainings completed through the LMS as well as off-line professional development and workplace safety and skills trainings.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires. Partner with department managers to ensure a training plan and agenda is utilized for each new hire’s first week.
- Conduct post-training evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in planning and execution of events and programs organized by the Human Resources department.
- Maintain various employee databases, including but not limited to the LMS, performance management system, and company org chart.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documents.
- Provide backup support to other HR team members during absences or peak periods.
- Use the following software programs when performing this job: Cornerstone, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator as well as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Respond to requests for service and assistance.
- Maintain the quality of the Human Resources Department to service the ebm-papst organization.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Recommended Education and/or Experience
Minimum two years related experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and incorporating multimedia elements into blended learning solutions required.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in coordinating training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
