Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the buildings, as well as storeroom organization, and inventory control.

Assist in keeping the Richmond Clinic, Administration, and Billing Annex buildings clean during each workday. Responsibilities will be performed daily or as needed; to be determined by supervisor.

Check all restrooms four times a day. Mop spills, wipe down walls, counters, and sinks. Pick up trash as needed. Replace paper and soap products as needed.

b. Check lobbies and other public areas for items that need to be picked up. Put chairs back in place. Sweep as needed. Wipe down guest chairs.

Clean kitchen areas, including refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave ovens, countertops, tabletops, and chairs. Fill dishwasher, run cycle, and empty clean dishes when complete as needed.

Clean windows on a rotating schedule so that all glass surfaces are cleaned inside and out.

Responsible for storeroom organization and inventory control of all paper goods and cleaning supplies.

Responsible for wiping scuff marks off walls.

Spot sweeps all areas of buildings as needed.

Responsible for cleanup of patient incidentals.

Responsible for cleaning and organization of conference rooms.

Alert supervisor about any safety issues noted inside and outside the building that need correcting.

Assist with set up for events and taking down events to include clean up.
- Accept other job-related training and development in new tasks and technologies.

Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
