Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in their homes or community settings
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support individuals in developing social skills and participating in community activities
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with a team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of direct support techniques and best practices
- Ability to provide compassionate care while promoting independence and self-determination
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
