Safety Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer to join our team. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our manufacturing processes, equipment, and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in <Plastics injection molding>, <welding>, <Robotics>, and <programming>.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize <AutoCAD> and other tools to design safety systems and equipment modifications.
- Provide training to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and hazard recognition.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, perform <Root cause analysis>, and recommend preventive measures.
- Evaluate new technologies such as <Quantum engineering> and <Vision inspection systems> for enhancing safety measures.
- Maintain documentation related to safety policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with expertise in <logic controllers> and <Process engineering>.
- Familiarity with industry-specific safety regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
