The Senior Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing exciting and engaging training events and sales incentive trips that align with the company's overall vision for growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex events, a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, and a creative approach to event design.

Core Responsibilities:*
- Design event experience to attract and retain door-to-door sales teams with customer first mentality
- Plan and execute training events for door-to-door sales teams, including workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Think through all the details of the event experience to ensure the desired result
- Oversee development and adherence to run of show in coordination with the Corporate Events Manager
- Develop and implement creative event concepts that engage and motivate attendees
- Communicate event themes to D2D Creative team to develop successful promotional content
- Own slides for major events in coordination with presenters
- Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are tracked and accounted for in coordination with the Corporate Events Manager
- Work with Corporate Events Manager to negotiate contracts and ensure that all event requirements are met
- Oversee event setup and breakdown
- Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event planning and management
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Proven ability to manage complex events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creativity and a passion for event design

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
