Moonlight is in search of a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to Moonlight's executive team. This includes answering phones, managing calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and events, assisting in new employee orientations, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. The Personal Assistant will report to the Owner and Managers.
The Personal Assistant will be focused on results, a team player, motivated, ambitious, excited by personal growth and advancement, good with people, highly organized, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding or routing emails, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage the executive team's calendars and assisting in scheduling jobs and technicians.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing materials, setting up conference rooms, managing catering and logistics, and planning company parties.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage the company's incoming and outgoing mail and packages, along with grocery shopping.
- Perform HR duties such as posting new hiring ads on the company's various platforms, onboard new employees, may conduct phone interviews, file employee paperwork, and handle insurance claims/paperwork.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of communication and information throughout the organization.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications:
-2 years of Customer Service or Personal Assistance
-Intermediate/proficient knowledge of word docs, google services, and excel
