To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- 5-7 years related experience
- 4+ years managerial experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience with SM management tools such as Sprinklr.
- Experience running SM CoE for a global organization.
- Flexible schedule.
