Description
The Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and will play a crucial part in supporting our teams and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries, requests for quotes, and general sales-related questions via phone, email, and online chat.
- Gather and communicate accurate product and service information to potential customers.
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with leads and customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Administrative Tasks:
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate order entry and follow-up.
- Maintain organized customer records and sales data within the company's CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, logistics) to facilitate order fulfillment and project scheduling.
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service issues, warranty claims and general project follow up
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and timely.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Identify and escalate complex issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and online communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
