Leesburg Presbyterian Church: LPC is a nearly 250 year-old congregation of over 300 souls worshipping in a 220 year-old sanctuary in downtown Leesburg. Our historic church building compliments our traditional worship style, and our soon-to-be-installed digital organ will offer the right musician the opportunity to play a marvelous new instrument. We gather for worship every Sunday at 10 AM, but, as we are in growth mode, we may add another earlier service in the coming year.
Minimum Qualifications :
· Accomplished organ and piano playing skills.
· A degree in music and previous religious music experience is preferable. A candidate with a music degree in vocal arts and/or church music along with previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· As ours is an older church building, must be able to climb stairs.
A more detailed job description will be made available to interested and qualified candidates.
