We are hiring a Director of Operations in a new, fast growing automotive calibration industry. The Automotive Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) market is projected to grow by 185% by 2030. Certified ADAS LLC is responsible for collision avoidance technologies that ensure vehicle safety after collision repairs for vehicles and their families. We are passionate about being in the forefront of vehicle technology, safety, and quality.
Position Overview: The Director of Operations will oversee and manage market managers across our key markets in Las Vegas, San Diego/Inland Empire, Sacramento, Phoenix, and Tucson. This role requires travel, with the expectation of being on the road for two weeks each month. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive or ADAS industries and a proven track record in operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel: Visit Las Vegas, San Diego/Inland Empire, Sacramento, Phoenix, and Tucson markets for 2 weeks each month.
- Management: Oversee market managers, ADAS Technicians, and Route Program Managers in each designated market, ensuring all employees follow our steps of service.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews for all employees to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Tracking: Monitor mobile technicians using our routing software to ensure they are on schedule and meeting service expectations.
- Strategize Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow our markets, generate new leads, and secure new collision center accounts.
- Feedback: Provide regular feedback to market managers and technicians to improve performance and service quality.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive or ADAS industries preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Previous sales management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (2 weeks out of the month).
- Excellent organizational and tracking skills.
- Ability to strategize and implement market growth initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
