Preston Rentals LLC, a rapidly expanding national rental company specializing in construction, infrastructure, civil, and commercial equipment, is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our Texas team. As a Full-time Hybrid Crane Rental Sales Representative, you'll drive new business, foster client relationships, and achieve sales goals. You'll engage in communication, customer service, sales, and training, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our Crane department. While based in Texas City, TX, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of crane rental/sales industry required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales and sales management experience required
- Ability to provide training and support
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Identify and cultivate new customer relationships
- Manage existing accounts and support sales team development
- Research new business opportunities and strategize market expansion
- Maintain proactive communication with major clients
- Demonstrate product benefits to potential clients
- Generate and manage customer leads for superior service and sales growth
- Report sales activities and results regularly
- Uphold high professional standards and positive sales attitude
Technical and Installation Support:
- Assist in equipment preparation and certification
- Ensure quality control and troubleshoot on job sites
- Learn technical aspects of equipment to enhance sales and service
Policies & Procedures:
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality
General Administration:
- Assist in document management and meeting participation
- Support collections and maintain project and customer records
- Coordinate equipment rentals and update CRM system
- Computer proficiency and strong communication skills required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
