My Fit Foods is seeking a Social Media Manager / Expert to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy, managing our social media presence, and driving engagement with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to shape our brand's online persona and play a key role in expanding our digital footprint. You will be working directly with our Owner/CEO and his executive assistant.
This isn’t “just” a Social Media role. Our ideal hire will help shape My Fit Foods into being a household name. They will grow with the company and take on more business responsibilities as they learn more about the business. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be a high-level architect of our brand. We need someone who is ready to take our brand exposure and engagement to the next level and make a real impact in people’s lives. Our ideal person is someone who is passionate about fitness, business, and changing the health narrative one project at a time. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content while diving deep into analytics to drive engagement, increase followers, and convert them into loyal customers. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Responsible for daily posting and scheduling on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter and Pinterest.
- Develop and forecast growth strategies
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage partnerships with businesses & brand ambassadors
- Be adept at maximizing views/followers by knowing trends and how to most effectively and efficiently distribute content.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Make daily recommendations to and work closely with our marketing team
- Work alongside the CEO & his Executive Assistant to assist in growing the business
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a Social Media role
- 2+ years in a leadership / managerial / operations role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent creative and content creation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Additional Info:
- Different Work Locations: Mix of retail stores, in office workplace, & remote from your home office.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 45 hours/week
