Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Sales “Hunter” who is driven by results and capable of exceeding revenue goals. You will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and generating BIG revenue growth. You'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts and will need to be self-motivated and ambitious, thriving on closing deals and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by proactively prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships and closing deals to exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to double revenue within one year.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover insights and optimize strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences and budget and recommend customized catering solutions to create unforgettable experiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams including chefs, culinary staff and event coordinators to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote our catering services, including social media campaigns, email marketing and networking events.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and feedback, providing prompt and professional resolution to maintain positive relationships.
- Represent Bonnie Rae | Fine Foods + Catering at industry events, trade shows and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our client base.

Qualifications:
*MUST have 3-4 years with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales goals.
*MUST have a strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
*MUST have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
*Be passionate and knowledgeable about creating memorable events and culinary trends.
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
*Have experience within a catering or event production company.
*Creative problem solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
*Proficiency in event planning software, CRM systems and Google Suite.
