Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and property maintenance.
Duties:
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Periodic property tours/inspections and tenant/vendor on-site meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in collections and financial reporting.
- Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks.
Skills:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to property management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with MRIAngus, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to maintain organized and thorough record keeping.
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with maintenance accounting and/or budgeting software such as Yardi, Kardin and/or MRI.
