Description:
The Paralegal will spearhead our Estate Planning and Elder Law services including Estate Planning, Medicaid Qualification, Probate, Guardianship, and Trust Administration. This person will oversee the preparation of the appropriate legal documents for the clients based on data collected by the Attorney and assist clients with signing the documents. Additionally, the Paralegal will support the preparation of applications for clients to qualify for Medicaid Benefits to assist with the client’s long-term care needs. The Paralegal will also prepare the appropriate documents for guardianship, probate, and trust administration.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Estate planning document production, signing, funding and case management support
- Medicaid application document production, filing, and case management support
- Probate, Guardianship, and Trust Administration document production, filing, and case management support
- Meeting with clients to gather data and provide updates.
- Additional duties as needed

Our office is highly team and business-oriented. You must be willing and able to support the other team members in their duties when necessary. Primary support will be directly to the attorney but support to other team members must be provided when necessary.
The goal is always to provide the best client experience possible; this means that "get it done" when necessary IS necessary!
Law office experience in estate planning and/or elder law is a requirement.
You must be willing to engage in skills testing prior to employment as well as a background check. This is not an optional step.
