A company that provides credit and debit merchant services to small and large credit unions is looking to add a Client Services Specialist to their remote team in this direct-hire opportunity.
You'll be successful in this role if you bring a passion for customer service, analytical problem solving, and strong knowledge of processing systems of credit card & debit card merchant services programs. Ability to find system errors, reporting issues, and resolve the problems.
Client Services Specialist Job Duties:

Provide Operational support to clients; debit/credit/eft processing

Be the point person for client customer service requests
- Train clients on any new products or process updates

Analyze, problem solve, and provide consultation on any issues or discrepancies
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Client Services Specialist - Requirements:
- 3+ years in Credit Union, back office Credit / Debit Card Processing Industry, EFT services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks, a multi-tasking skills

High computer proficiency - excel based software
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
