SUMMARY
We are seeking skilled Building Engineers (with varying experience) to join our team. As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various systems within our buildings. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
- Fabricate and install components using stick welding techniques
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the building
SKILLS + ABILITIES
- Proven experience as a Building Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues
- Experience with low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and schematics
- Industrial electrician certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
