We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our Dynamic Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for greeting, presenting vehicles, test drives with potential customers while providing excellent service. The Specialist will play a vital role in driving our business growth and building positive relationships with customers in order to meet and exceed sales target.
Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by presenting products and meeting customer needs.
- Conducts self in a manner which is consistent with guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
- Assists sales staff and management with customer that determines each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening, demonstrates new vehicles (includes test drives), and explains features.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Maintains prospect development system.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefit to customers.
- Delivers new vehicles to customers. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
- Introduces customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of the dealership’s service operations.
Pay: $22.00 - 35.00 Hourly

Minimum of 2 years sales experience or customer service experience.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target driven, and results-orientated individual.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Open to developing skills and word tracks to help with professionally presenting vehicles and product knowledge.
