Mule-Hide Products, a part of ABC Supply, North America's largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is looking for a Training Administrator to join the Mule-Hide Products team.
This position is the key to the success of Mule-Hide's training program. Mule-Hide has local and remote training centers actively training contractors and distribution partner associates weekly, as well as other training events taking place outside the training centers. The Training Administrator is the point person for ensuring everything from scheduling to final follow-up is accomplished. This position reports to Mule-Hide’s training manager and is located at Mule-Hide’s corporate offices in Beloit, WI.

Responsibilities

Manage all Mule-Hide related training events taking place in Mule-Hide’s training centers or other venues

Provide all training invitation/registration information to training participants using event management software (Swoogo)

Coordinate travel logistics for participants (travel, meals, lodging)

Negotiate and coordinate with outside vendors for items such as hotel rooms, meals, cleaning services, and waste management

Maintain the schedule of the training centers

Process invoices and for training-related expenses

Manages curriculum training records internally

Participate in continuous improvement of the training department
Qualifications

Degree or commensurate experience in a position of administration

Excellent time management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency computer event planning software

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability for minimal travel to training centers or other events
