Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director to join our team. The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the Director in various administrative and strategic functions within the organization.
Duties:
- Assist the Director in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Educate and guide staff on organizational policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Oversee education administration and program development
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in budgeting and financial management activities
