We are headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona at 3033 N Central Ave, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85012
Availability to work in office (this is NOT a remote opportunity).
Office hours: 8am - 5pm Arizona time, M-F
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
Optional flex schedule after 6 months of employment.
Employment is subject to passing a background check.
Who We Are Looking to Hire:
An experienced Client Service representative with exceptional phone and email communication, that demonstrates expertise in IRA & 401k rules and can provide first-class customer service to our clients. In this role, you will be an essential member of our Client Services Teams. This is a critical role for us to fill. You are the face of the company, and the first impression our 15K+ clients and new clients have of us.
THE ROLE:
- Answer and triage a high volume of incoming calls and emails regarding funding and pending or future self-directed investments.
- Efficiently handle inbound/outbound call and email volume on a daily basis, 100+ tasks each day.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with other departments regarding account transactions.
- Works in a team atmosphere to ensure all daily tasks are completed by end of day.
- Conducts research to resolve problems on accounts and follows through to ensure client satisfaction.
- Suggest changes to department policies and procedures as appropriate.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients’ accounts through knowledge and expertise of the self-directed industry (we have our own internal training).
- Ability to work well with other team members and understand and take direction to assist the team.
REQUIREMENTS/CHARACTERISTICS:
- 2+ year’s experience with IRAs, 401(k)s, or other retirement accounts (preferred)
- 5+ years experience in Customer Service
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Strong customer service communication and relationship skills. (active listener, clear, honest, strong verbal and written communicator, and good note taking skills)
- Must exude the highest attention to detail and accountability
- Self-starter, ability to take initiative, strong problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to prioritize, exceptional organizational skills, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to learn and retain industry-specific information.
- Schedule reliability.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with:
- Hubspot (CRM and Ticketing System)
- Adobe - forms, Docusign and Hellosign templates, widgets.
- Microsoft Products: Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel (formulas, graphs, and tracking data)
- Knowledge in:
- Retirement accounts, such as IRAs and 401(k)s or other related fields.
- Trust
- Banking
- Tax/accounting
