Job Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop a team of store leaders to meet and exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coach your team to provide a total sales solution to our customers for any of their wireless needs. This includes the consultative selling of devices, accessories and service plans.
- Lead a team to create and execute marketing efforts in order to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
- Identify the right tools to develop your team for success.
- Handle multiple tasks/operational/sales scenarios while maintaining a company and employee culture.
- Work with your peer group and leadership to establish company level focus items and key initiatives for your store and the company.
- Have proficiency with store systems that support the customer’s experience. This includes all point of sale and customer account management systems.
- Adhere to AT&T's code of conduct, dress code and Company's core values at all times.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent communication including written and verbal skills
- Impeccable time management skills
- Multi-unit management experience
- Wireless Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of sales performance in a multi-unit management role.
- Recent experience with AT&T and/or OPUS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $102,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Multi-Unit Management: 1 year (Required)
