The Camp Transformation Center based out of California and founded in 2010 has quickly grown to over 110+ locations across the country. OBJECTIVES
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience into The Camp Transformation Center.
- Deliver first class training to customers while maintaining the distinct Camp’s aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
- Create the workout design, setup, and provide our members with effective HIIT style workouts while following The Camp’s guidelines.
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form
- Inspire and energize clients and provide superior customer service at all times, inside and outside class.
- Promote and sell only The Camp services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention, and help with sell thru of supplements and apparel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym, help disinfect/ sanitize equipment.
- Act as a Camp’s ambassador, inside and outside class.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Keeps all notes in the CRM database (i.e. MindBody, Gymsales, ABC/Ignite/DataTrak)
- Conducting weekly weigh-ins and providing a premier experience during any of our programs.
- Be a contributing member of the team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Responsible for attending and completing all relative training programs.
- Working collaboratively with the studio’s leadership team to ensure smooth and cohesive operations. Sharing priorities and roadblocks proactively with the leadership team for additional guidance. -Any other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES
- Personal training certification and experience from leading group training or working as a personal trainer.
- Availability for non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly, outgoing, and perceptive personality with a strong sense of integrity and self-confidence.
- Energizing, positive, and optimistic attitude.
- Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Passion for Fitness and Enthusiasm for The Camp’s brand.
- Service-oriented, strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Attendance/Punctuality – Proven dependability and reliability. Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and trainings on time.
- Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values.
- Ability to hold clients accountable for actionable steps through effective relationship building, leadership, and influence.
- Professional in appearance and behavior at all times.
- Commitment to learning-Continually seeking new knowledge and skills, as well as developing existing capabilities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Nationally Accredited Certification Required
CPR/AED Certification
*We require CPR/AED certification from all staff within 30 days of coming on to the team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 50+ pounds.
