POSITION/TITLE: Key Account Manager- Electrical & Electronics
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: VP of Sales & Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY: The Key Account Manager major responsibility is to sell our compounds materials to customers in different industries such as Electrical & Electronics.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to develop existing and potential customers.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the customers’ demand and related product category from the company.
· Develop new customers and markets for entire product offering.
· Frequently visit and communicate with customers to determine needs, generate solutions, and strengthen client relationships.
· Research and analyze industry information to accurately apply pricing and maximize company sales and profits.
· Communicate with home office to improve and expand business.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Resin Sales experience in Electrical & Electronics industry.
· Technical aptitude required.
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with existing or potential customers.
- Strong willingness/ flexibility to learn.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Willingness/ confidence to operate outside of comfort zone, but not egotistical.
· Results and success driven professional.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree (chemical, polymer engineering degree is preferred)
Additional Skills preferred
5 years selling chemicals, polymers or resins
Prior experience selling in ELectrical or electronics industry
Bachelors degree in engineering highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
