Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and greet customers
- Complete transactions and purchases
- Scheduling court reservations/taking programs registrations
- Customer Care for an active Tennis Club
- Client and Member Outreach
- Billing / Payment Processing
- Computer and online work
- Onsite position- remote work is not available
- Year round position (not seasonal)
Required Work Experience:
- 1+ years in an office or front desk setting preferred
Required Skills:
- Multi-Line Phone System
- Microsoft Office
- Customer Service
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Computer Proficiency
- Multi-tasking and Time Management
Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma Required (HS Students Graduating in 2024 are welcome to apply)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11-15 (pay commensurate with applicant’s experience)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday afternoon/evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
