Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and solutions for their needs
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new technology trends
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Experience:
- Previous experience in technology sales, wireless sales, or electronics sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets
- Technical knowledge of products and the ability to explain features and benefits to customers
