Job Description
The Business Development Director will be responsible for generating new revenue for client by researching, identifying, qualifying, proposing, and closing business from high revenue and strategic value accounts. The Business Development Director will manage the complete account lifecycle. Candidate will also support growing and maintaining relationships with key clients & accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Proactively research, qualify & cultivate new leads & markets using available electronic means, marketing & sales tools, as well as in-person prospecting
· Handle inbound calls & web leads from prospects & guide them through a prescreening process for qualification
· Engage & convert qualified prospects to becoming new clients
· Establish & maintain relationships & communication throughout the entire sales cycle
· Utilize & maintain CRM with complete & up-to-date information on all stages of assigned prospects & clients
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· 4+ years of sales experience - professional web design & development experience is a must with proven sales success. Enterprise level sales experience is a major plus.
· Ability to manage multiple sales engagements concurrently & meet deadlines
· Practice integrity, reliability & honesty in all business transactions
· Comfortable engaging C & VP-Level decision makers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
