Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative / Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, making reservations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Issue Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Work to resolve any problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Order Management:
- Process orders accurately and ensure they are transmitted to the appropriate restaurant location.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.90 - $25.77 per hour
