Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading, supporting, configuring, and implementing solutions in SAP and otherapplications, which drive business value and supports, Sales & Distribution, Inbound & OutboundLogistics (includes deliveries, shipments, shipping cost documents), and Accounts Receivable.
- Have a thorough understanding of integration points to SAP Master Data, MM, PP, SD, LO, QM,WM, IM, FI-CO, and common third-party applications.
- Act as internal consultant with business users and partner with business process owners/subjectmatter experts. Identify functionality gaps and continuous improvement opportunities and developappropriate business cases to support Kraton strategic initiatives and business changes.
- Experience in configuring and implementing EDI & API solutions.
- Build strong partnerships in support of business and IT strategic plan, ensuring the alignment withKraton Global objectives.
- Gather functional requirements for projects, enhancements/development items. Documentingscope, business requirements, system configuration, design, functional specifications, and trainingmaterial.
- Work with developer, BASIS, and various technology specialists to provide solutions which areconsistent with the Kraton strategic direction and platform standards while meeting businessrequirements.
- Responsible for initiating communication with business partners and other analysts as necessary toensure clear understanding of business issues, activity status, etc.
- Define and execute test cases for unit, integration, system functional, stress and regression testing,as well as acquire user acceptance sign off.
- Support all SD, Logistics & WM related documents and forms or labels generated via ITapplications utilizing industrial printing technology and labeling machines.
- Direct experience in the chemical or process industries, especially as related to production,logistics, inventory, and operations.
- Hands-On working knowledge of the common asset WM analytical standards, reporting, andmetrics
- Use of mobile devices for warehouse operations – put-aways, picking, loading, and inventoryexecution
- Conduct super-user training using a variety of delivery techniques, both online and in-person tohelp develop the Kraton super-user network.
- Prepare, publish, and keep evergreen solution documentation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and global environment.

Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in business processes/systems analysis.
SAP SD, LO, WM configuration through a minimum of 5 or more full SAP implementationswith freight forwarders, 3rd party integrations, and transportation management solutions.
Experience supporting multiple SAP systems simultaneously for different business units ofthe same company a plus.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Individuals at this level have broad IT knowledge and considered an expert in atechnical/functional IT arena.
This individual proactively analyzes business and technical processes looking foropportunities to streamline, automate, and improve on day-to-day activities of the users.
This individual also delivers recommendations for change and improvements to the ITleadership as well as identifies and applies system solutions to business problems asdirected by the IT leadership. This can include but is not limited to new technology orapproaches to process changes
Education, Certifications & Licenses
Bachelor's degree required, MIS or Logisti cs-related field or related fi eld of study from an accreditedcollege/university preferred or requisite years of experience is required. E.g., managing logisti csoperati ons, managing customer service in the Chemical process.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
