Purpose: Is to provide project support to the vibe manufacturing team, in an effort to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
Collaborate with Operations Director to set build schedule to meet customer requirements
Work closely with the supply chain group to ensure on time delivery of parts to meet build schedule
Notify both Ops Director and Manufacturing Foreman when there is a shortage that will affect the planned build schedule
Inspect job tickets for accuracy
Responsible managing ECN’s and deviation waivers to ensure proper parts are being utilized on affected units
Resolve non-conforming parts; creating MRR, requesting RMAS scheduling the return to the vendor, as well as returning them back to stock.
Monitor finished goods to ensure time and accurate job post
Run inventory status reports to ensure accuracy
Maintain work flow by monitoring process steps; setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment
Maintain quality internal and external customer service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
Provide manufacturing information by compiling, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data
Work closely with freight forwarders to plan and schedule deliveries of goods across the globe
Participate in a take notes of weekly production meetings
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in project management, planning and/or purchasing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of tools such as MS Word, MS-Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Organized self-starter with proven time management skills
Team player possessing the drive and determination to make a difference; balanced with the skill, patience and tactfulness to accomplish projects in a harmonious manner
Ability to work well independently or as part of a group
Work closely with personnel in all departments to accomplish Company goals
Work Environment:
Well lit manufacturing environment
Sometimes subject to loud noises
Ability to stand for significant periods of time on a hard concrete floor
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
