OVERVIEW
* Base salary ($30K) + Uncapped commissions
We are looking for proactive, motivated, and coachable individuals interested in entering the telecommunications industry. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers by prospecting and creating sales opportunities. Our team will go into neighborhoods in the Phoenix area to market and sell our fiber internet services. We will also host and attend marketing events that will bring brand recognition to the community that we service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, business development, and account management. If you excel in outside sales and possess technical sales skills, we want to hear from you. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.
- Sell services to customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Update customer database using the CRM tool.
- Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity and sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships business partners, suppliers/vendors and customer.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- A year experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Strong technical sales acumen
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals
