Inspiro Full-Time Bilingual Mandarin and/or Japanese Call Center Agent in Flordia
Pay: $15.00/hr
Hours of Operation: 7 days a week 5:00AM-9:00PM PST.
Full Time Schedule: 40 hours per week
Work Location: MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF FLORDIA

Call Center Customer Service Agents provide quality customer service support, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries efficiently, assisting with billing and payments, communicating product value, and offering solutions to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide professional, courteous service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Call Handling and Communication: Manage high call volumes with a positive attitude, following scripts for accurate communication.
Product Knowledge and Data Entry: Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services while accurately maintaining customer information.
Documentation, Collaboration, and Quality Assurance: Prepare reports, collaborate within the team, adhere to quality standards, and continuously learn for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bilingual- Portuguese language.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Home Internet
· Cable, DSL, or Fiber ISP – satellite and fixed wireless are not supported.
· Stable internet connection with no packet loss
· Wired Ethernet cable (CAT6 OR HIGHER) between modem and PC without use of an adapter: Wi-Fi / wireless is not supported.
· Minimum internet speeds: Download 40 Mbps, Upload 5 Mbps, Ping 80 Mbps or less.
