Job Title: Logistic Coordinator with Office Admin Skills

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized experience to join our team at our facility located in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, office administration, and various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
· Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
· Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software / excel sheet.
· Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent stockouts.
· Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
· Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
· Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
· Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations for inventory optimization.
2. Office Administration:
· Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
· Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors as needed.
· Oversee facilities management, including office security, cleanliness, and organization.
· Provide administrative support to various departments, including finance and production.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management team members.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, business administration, supply chain management or related field.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in inventory management, office administration or related roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to manufacturing operations preferred.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
