Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Kessenich's Ltd. located in Madison, WI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience. They will also handle order processing, product recommendations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and satisfactory service.

- Experience in food service or hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Essential Functions:
- Generate connections and solutions for all customers.
- Adherence to process and procedures in collaboration with Warehouse Operations.
- Create quotes and sales orders, answer calls + emails, consult with customers.
- Forward opportunities for expanded services to Customer Experience Manager.
- Merchandise products in the showroom to ensure ease of visualized information, including price and code for all internal and external customers.
- Assist with Vendor Display rotation.
- Follow up with personal sales cycle to ensure all orders are fulfilled.
