Summary: The Facility Manager Operations Coordinator has responsibility for the following:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervise Porters in maintenance functions.

Maintains a detailed understanding of the overall property and the resident-based community.

Inspects the building and property on a daily basis and performed routine preventative maintenance and immediately address safety issues.

Responds to emergency maintenance repairs after normal working hours or assigns to another team member. Establishes an on-call procedure for emergency maintenance repairs after normal working hours; this procedure may involve active participation by the Facilities Manager and/or delegation to other maintenance team members.

Ensures that all company maintenance policies and procedures are implemented at the property.

Ensures that company standards for the performance of maintenance functions are consistently maintained.

Provides direction, guidance, and supervision to all maintenance staff at the property.

Responsible for preparing and implementing weekly maintenance staff work schedules.
-
Provides training of maintenance staff to ensure proper performance of their functions, consistent with company policies, procedures and standards.

Furniture assembly and installations
-
Responsibilities such as moving equipment/furniture, tidying, organizing space, etc.
-
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.

Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, residential environment.

Respond to all work orders.

Keep and maintain accurate records as required by regulation or company operating protocols.
-
Responsible for general upkeep of the building which includes, but not limited to making sure that all common areas are in a clean and orderly state and the landscaping is up kept.

Involvement with the tenant community and reporting any issues to management in a timely manner.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION:

Minimum of a High School diploma, college degree strongly preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience:

Minimum two years' experience in a supervisor position

Facilities experience in a residential/health care environment

Working knowledge of all trades in, HVAC, electrical, commercial painting (repairing holes in walls, drywall, and seaming), and replacing door locks.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
-
Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining the order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks.
