3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about solar technology, products, and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy systems.
4. Sales and Negotiation: Guide customers through the sales process, address objections, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any post-installation inquiries or issues.
6. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and partnerships with builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
7. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, installation, and project management) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and permit requirements for solar installations.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in solar energy or a related field, is often preferred. Experience with CRM software and understanding of energy economics can be beneficial.
