The Reporting Analyst is responsible for conducting full Information Technology Service management (ITSM) lifecycle analysis, to include requirements, activities, and design. The Analyst develops analysis and reporting capabilities and helps brief these to leadership teams. You will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Position Responsibilities:

Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, and provides ongoing reports

Develops and implements data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Proficient in crafting professional-level written deliverables to stakeholders
-
Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains databases/data systems
-
Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets
-
Works with management to prioritize business and information needs
-
Locates and defines new process improvement opportunities

Drives problem management for the Customer, recommending long term IT solutions to persistent or emerging enterprise impacting anomalies

Supports incident management, organizing, coordinating, and leading meetings to find and implement resolution

Presents data to management and leadership teams
Required Qualifications:
-
An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
-
Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
-
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
-
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
-
Proven working experience demonstrating the ability to design and construct new processes for data modeling and production using algorithms, predictive and custom analysis

Ability to analyze large data sets to identify and document trends and corrective actions to assist with strategic decisions

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
